Flaxseed Crackers

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup flaxseed meal
2 tablespoon black chia seeds
2 teaspoons Italian Medley Mrs. Dash seasoning
salt
pepper
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Slowly add 1/2 cup water, mixing until a dough forms.
4. Scoop the mixture onto the lined backing tray and with slightly wet hands or the back of a spoon spread the mixture until 1/4 inch think.
5. Using a sharp knife, score the dough into your desired shapes. The ensures that the dough will break into pieces.
6. Bake the dough for 30-45 minutes depending on how crunchy you like your crackers.
7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before breaking into crackers.
8. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
